I am working on a project for three phase STATCOM. There are 3 PI controllers used. I need to find the values of kp and  ki of these controllers. So how can I actually find the values?  If I need to find the transfer fucntion, then how to model my block? Can anyone help?

This might be helpful :
 (1) A typical PID tuning procedure: (1) Use relay control to estimate the motor model; (2) Use Z-N formula to initialize Kp and Ki; (3) Use trial and error to adjust Kp and Ki or other method such as iterative feedback tuning (IFT), internal model control (IMC), etc.
