As  we know that super conductors have 100 percent efficiency..so if we use them in real time then we can save large amounts of power...what will be the limitations and risks if we want to use them in real time

Yes superconductors are highly efficient, but they suffer from disadvantages as well,

The disadvantage in practical application of a superconductor is 

The metals become superconducting at a very low temperature (below 77° Kelvin),and to maintain the metal at this temperature requires a lot of energy (called as cryogenic storage & is a very energy intensive process,very expensive too).

Thus we do not see superconductors employed in day to day circuits,though with the technological advancements one day it will be possible.
