Is there any bad effect of water on PCC ?
PCC - plain cement concrete 
PCC is a mixture of cement course aggregate and fine aggregate.
In PCC the ratio of cement sand and aggregate is 1:2:4 .

NO, There won't be bad Effect of water on Plain Cement Concrete Because the water impurities 
on the concrete Remains strong and the porosity of the concrete specimen will sulfate resistant 
Cement on the plain Concrete.
However, it Increases the chloride Concentration at the concrete which results 
Absorption of the Concrete Property.
