Cutting is the process of excavating earth material from a work location to achieve the desired topography. which leads to cut the roads, Canals etc...


An excavation is any dug-out area of ground other than a trench, tunnel or excavated shaft. A trench is an excavation that is deeper than it is wide and a tunnel is an underground passage with an incline of 45°or less from the horizontal. It is also used in the soil particles to represent the trenching purpose in the area of the field.
