For a quick summerization to you or anyone else who needs it, extensive is a property that is dependent on the amount of a substance, Example mass. Intensive isn't dependent on the amount of something: color. An easy way to tell is if that property has a specific version of it: that property per kg. Entropy is usually found in tables of specific entropy.
